Your Mortgage Login Is Getting an Upgrade

Four Points Federal Credit Union is transitioning all mortgage borrowers to a new Single Sign-On (SSO) system. Beginning January 12, 2026, you will access your mortgage information exclusively through FPFCU Online Banking rather than the current standalone mortgage servicing website.

This upgrade will make your experience simpler, more secure, and fully integrated with your other FPFCU accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Once SSO goes live:

  • You will no longer log in directly through the standalone servicer website.
  • Instead, you will access your mortgage using your FPFCU Online Banking username and password.
  • Your mortgage details will appear automatically after signing in through FPFCU.

This means one login, one dashboard, and one secure access point.

Right now: Nothing.

Prior to the SSO conversion, you will receive:

  • A guided step-by-step login walkthrough
  • Screenshots showing exactly where to access your mortgage
  • Support options if you need assistance

We’ll make sure the transition is smooth and easy.

Once the update is live:

  1. Log in to FPFCU Online Banking (web or mobile).
  2. Use your existing FPFCU credentials — no new username/password required.
  3. Your mortgage will appear automatically within your account dashboard.

The standalone mortgage login will no longer be required.
