Four Points Federal Credit Union protects the nonpublic personal and financial information of members collected and maintained by the credit union. Four Points FCU collects only the personal and financial information of members that is necessary to conduct business and to provide services requested by members.
The credit union maintains security control procedures and practices that meet legal and regulatory requirements to protect member information in files and computer systems. Electronic security techniques are used to protect against unauthorized access to member records and accounts and to protect member confidentiality as provided in the Member Information Security policy.
Members are allowed to review their personal and financial information and request changes to ensure that credit union records are complete and accurate.
Privacy notices are provided to new members at the time they join and made available to all members annually, and an updated version can be accessed at anytime on this page.

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Four Points Federal Credit Union has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Four Points Federal Credit Union does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Our joint marketing partners include insurance companies.
Limitations of Liability
Four Points FCU shall not be deemed liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind including but not limited to injury, claim, liability or loss of use, data, or profits in connection with this site or any third party site.
