2025 Board Member Nominations

DAVID HALL

David grew up in a rural community in southwest Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 2013. He has also received a Master of Business and Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Since graduating from UNL, David has established a career in corporate banking/lending, primarily within the Farm Credit System for Farm Credit Services of America and CoBank. Mainly serving in credit roles, he has had the opportunity to analyze many companies. Located across the U.S., these companies operate in various industries (e.g., agriculture, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, finance, etc.). Much of his time is spent working directly with management teams to develop solutions that best meet their capital needs (e.g., augment liquidity, M&A, capital spending, etc.).

DIANA HEATH

Diana started her career in Accounting at Farmers’ Cooperative Company in Hinton, IA after graduating from Briar Cliff University in 2008. In 2015, She led the merger with Central Valley Ag as FCC’s CFO. She has worked in several capacities within the accounting department at CVA and in 2021 accepted her current role as Internal Auditor. She is currently pursuing her CIA designation. She enjoys reading, camping, volunteering at the local theatre, and spending countless hours at school sports and activities with her kids.
